Q: 1. The charger does not start charging

Power adapter: Use a 30W or higher USB-C power adapter. Disconnect the charger and power adapter. Leave both disconnected for 2-3 minutes. Connect the power adapter to the wall, then reconnect the charger. Wait approximately 10 seconds before placing your phone on the charger. Try charging without the phone case. Confirm that your phone supports MagSafe or Qi2 charging.
Connect the charger directly to a 30W or higher USB-C power adapter.
Do not connect the charger to a laptop or monitor USB port.
