Why the charger won’t start charging
- Phone is not compatible MagSafe or Qi2 compatible.
- Phone has a non compatible MagSafe or Qi2 case.
- Try to use a different power adapter.
CHARGER NOT WORKING
Try to reset the charger by following this steps:
- Unplug the power adapter and leave it unplugged for several minutes.
- Unplug the charger from power adapter and leave it unplugged for several minutes.
- Restart your phone.
- Plug power adapter and charger back in.
If the charger still doesn’t work, please try to change the power adapter.
