MagSafe charger support
Most charging issues can be resolved in a few minutes.
Before you begin
- Confirm that your phone supports MagSafe or Qi2 charging.
- Connect the charger directly to a 30W or higher USB-C power adapter.
- Do not connect the charger to a laptop or monitor USB port.
- Wait approximately 10 seconds after connecting the charger before placing your phone on it.
- Remove the phone case or confirm that it is MagSafe compatible.
Power adapter: Use a 30W or higher USB-C power adapter.
- Disconnect the charger and power adapter.
- Leave both disconnected for 2-3 minutes.
- Connect the power adapter to the wall, then reconnect the charger.
- Wait approximately 10 seconds before placing your phone on the charger.
- Try charging without the phone case.
- If possible, test another 30W or higher USB-C power adapter.
- Disconnect the charger for 2-3 minutes.

- If possible, test the charger with another compatible phone.
- Test another 30W or higher USB-C power adapter.
